Clip: Season 4 Episode 405 | 5m 37s
Oklahoma school districts are facing a worsening teacher shortage.
As the new school begins school districts statewide are still struggling to find teachers for classrooms. It’s estimated there are more than 600 teacher vacancies now. Districts are competing against each other for teachers, searching out of state and even hiring teachers from Spain. Education officials say solving the problem involves a series of changes in state law and more spending.
